LOAN OFFICER POSITION:

SecurityNational is a leading nationwide mortgage company that provides a wide array of mortgage lending products. We originate, purchase, sell and securitize non-prime residential first and second lien mortgage loans.

SecurityNational has grown from a small retail brokerage to a full-service mortgage lender. SecurityNational works with many approved mortgage brokers and maintains over 35 sales offices across the United States with over 300 loan officers and funds about 200,000.00 per month.

Currently our Orlando, Florida branch office has commissioned and flat fee Loan Officer Positions available. We will train but prefer that you bring your own base of business, some leads will be available. The more experience the higher commission split, we will train motivated rookies with less than 1 year experience. Benefits package is available after ninety days of employment, 401k and medical insurance.

RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Originating new business by meeting with customers, Realtors, Builders, Developers, etc.
• Assisting the client by discussing financial goals and identifying documents needed for the initial loan application
• Providing clients with excellent customer service by providing assistance such as:
• Filling out loan application
• Gathering necessary documents to support the initial application
• Quoting interest rates
• Showing clients different loan products available to them

RECOMMENDED SKILLS:

• Understanding of Mortgage Application and Fair Lending Laws
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Able to perform in a fast paced environment while maintaining quality results
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to understand and interpret all major credit bureaus
